This women-led workshop focuses on breaking through barriers to a new healthier image of you by fostering self-love, affirmations, and self-acceptance. Through group exercises and discussions, participants will explore their personal journeys and learn to embrace their true selves. The workshop will include the following components:
Session Structure
Introductions and Self-Love Check-in: The workshop will begin with introductions followed by a Self-Love Circle check-in.
Educational Segment and Group Discussion: The workshop will feature an educational component aimed at enhancing knowledge and skills related to self-love and acceptance, including worksheets and discussions. This will be a space to share experiences, insights, and empower one another.
