This women-led workshop focuses on breaking through barriers to a new level of self forgiveness, self compassion, and continued self love. Through group exercises and discussions, participants will explore their personal journeys and learn to embrace themselves as they are. The workshop will include the following components:

Session Structure

• Introductions and Self-Love Check-in: The workshop will begin with introductions followed by a Self-Forgiveness Circle check-in.

• Educational Segment and Group Discussion: The workshop will feature an educational component aimed at enhancing knowledge and skills related to self-forgiveness and self compassion, including worksheets and discussions. This will be a space to share experiences, insights, and empower one another.
