This women-led workshop focuses on bringing women together to explore healthy relationships and boundaries through group exercises and discussions. It will include gratitude, mindfulness, meditation, sound healing, and intention setting to enrich the experience. The workshop will include the following components:

Session Structure

• Introductions and Gratitude Check in: The workshop will begin with introductions followed by a Gratitude Circle check in.

• Educational Segment and Group Discussion: The workshop will include an educational component aimed at enhancing knowledge and skills related to Healthy Relationships and Boundaries including worksheets and discussions. This will be a place to share experiences, insights, and empower each other.
